Ms Catherine (Kate) Knight-Sands has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Montenegro in succession to Mr Kevin Lyne who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. 

Ms Knight-Sands will take up her appointment during December 2009.
