FCO Strategic Programme Fund

The FCO Strategic Programme Fund formerly the Global Opportunities Fund, was established in 2003 to support projects that deals with global issues in areas of strategic importance to the UK.  It is one of the main sources of funding for the activities of the Science and Innovation Section of the British High Commission in Malaysia.

One of the main objectives of SPF is to promote science and innovation collaboration by developing and adopting new technologies and forming new alliance with priority emerging economies and developed countries.
